So you can feel VR rooms more realistic then playing in actual rooms, it sound like you can watch TV on your TV......wait i smell Deja Vu from 2013

Wouldn't being in a virtual reality where you're actually driving the car be more...I don't know, effective?

Official Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Thread

uhh not only is this a pretty lazy implementation it also seems like it'll be very distracting to actually use. I don't want my screen to move every time I move my head. This video literally made me feel sick, the kind of laughter that hurts.

lol MS pls dis shit iz wack AF

What's the point of VR if that is what the games are gonna be like? It's supposed to be 1st person and not you sitting in a VR room with a tv in it.

The "did she crash?" part makes it even more awkward.

The crowds reaction and he stood there silently waiting for the usual applause. (some random guy laughs)

Well that crowd is made of a bunch of idiots, then. This is the future of gaming.

When 75,000+ view a product, and then the ones that choose to make a comment about it, are all in agreement (or like 95%+ of them).

Your no longer looking at a "bunch of idiots", your looking at a typical reaction of the general population.

95% of those youtube comments are all:

This is lame/stupid idea, whats the point, my liveing room looks better, why wouldnt they show the cockpit of the car, id need a pc as well for this, really?, ect.

This VR demo is MS slipping on a banana peel.

Its done so poorly it reminds me of how they went about doing their xbox one launch.

If Sony does a halfway decent VR demo....

Poor Phil. You could feel the self-consciousness back at the X1 reveal and here it is again

It felt like they threw Phil out in the ocean as shark food with that video.

I think I get what they were trying to say but not a good impression though.

Still this partnership should be good for the VR market.

I am gonna be nice and say people were just in shock at how awesome that was.

That part of the presentation felt a little misplaced, maybe if (was it Phil) could have been narrating all the way through and kept talking it would have been fine, but that video was presented as if expecting a reaction and it does feel awkward.

Watch the longer version cosmic linked to above, the crowd laughs and Phil does his best to blow it off by saying, "Did she crash, is that why people laughed?"

That part is awesome ^^. Spencer has a good reaction with this joke (he knows how hard the demo failed). But if other MS conferences are like that, will Spencer keep his great reputation? Because seriously, he's good at PR, but he didn't do anything great and concrete yet... And he obviously validated this demo. With a few moments like this one, could he lose his "One Messiah" reputation?
