I'm sorry for not having the same tastes as you buddy, Halo 5 was the game I was looking forward to for my split screen needs. I played halo 2, 3, odst, reach and was playing 4, untill I got bored, split screen with my little brother. Those are some of the best memories of gaming I have. It's a freaking shame! At least I have rainbow six to look forward too

Its taking a feature out that was a staple to the series.  Downplay it all you want the response from people online speaks for itself.

Halo 5 dosen't need splitscreen.

It sucks but the game seems fantastic even without it :).

Build up a disaster really?  I've said splitscreen is a staple of the series, which it is, and now I'm building up a disaster...Okay its not relavent to you so what?  How does that justify saying the feature is not needed for everyone else.  And trying to say removing a feature is "changing things" is laughable.

The difference is your obviously unable to see beyond your needs.

If you are then you wouldn't say things like "splitscreen? its 2015 ffs..."

Yea, you're right it's not a thing anymore, and that's absolutely terrible.

Nintendo are the only ones that seem to care about local multiplayer, it's a massive shame. People insinutating splitscreen multiplayer isn't needed in 2015 must not have friends? Or do they get there friend to bring a console round every single time they pop in?

The decline of splitscreen multiplayer is one of the biggest losses for gaming over the past 5 years... thank god for nintendo.

My world is I don't like people that like being screwed by companies then saying its okay and trying to screw everyone else over too.  Its a simple concent you don't seem able to grasp.
