I don't know german, but based on its similarities with norwegian I'd guess it says "Do you think TLG will be at E3?", or something like that.

I think it's something like "Will something be mentioned or shown regarding The Last Guardian at the press conference?".

I think it translates to something like "will there be any news shown at the press conference on the last guardian".

I wouldn't put too much into this for once, it is part of a community betting thing that includes bets like this:

1. Ja/Nein - Red Dead Redemption 2 (zeit-)exklusiv für PS4?

Which means: Yes/No - RDR 2 (timed-)exclusive for PS4?

And if that is true, then the world is going to explode.

Another one they have is:

Translated: Yes/No - Crash gets a reboot?
