Ninty seems they would have to have a completly DIFFERENT system in order to take the top spot. What kind of system? we will never know.

Even if MS didnt mess up they still would have lost Europe and Japan and others that would have offset anything it would have gotten in US and UK IF they would have been in the lead there (no gaurantee of that either). So IMHO Sony still would be on top maybe not the serving they are doing now.
