Well, technically it'll be PS4 exclusive in Japan.

Read his post - it's clear that he mentions Versus XIII and FFXV as 2 different projects. That's a dead give away.
About the FF7 remake, here's what he says:

About the PSX, he hyped it to the heavens and nothing came out of it.
As for Bloodborne, it's not a JRPG, it's an action game with RPG elements. Nobody ever qualifies it as a JRPG.

It's actually Monster Hunter Frontier 2, it was sort of leaked a few months ago for PS4 and PC. He said it was a monster hunter game that was leaked and that's the only MH game. And that was rumored to release early 2016.

He just said the first two which are most likely 2015 reveals with the second one falling into 2016 for it's reveal, one of the other 3 could be a Level 5 game.
