Well Verendus didn't actually leak anything for E3, so I don't think he's talking about him, no idea who he's talking about though, or if he's talking about anyone in particular at all.

He leaked Sony's E3 2013 conference, FFXV, he was the only one who said it was renamed while other insiders like thuway and peteDodd said it was still Versus 13 and he also said KH3 was at Sony's E3 2013 conference. But I think the only reason he did that was so he could gain trust. I don't think he'll leak conferences again.

while he did said that his leaks would be stuff that would be released through the PS4 life time there could be some projects there that could be anounced at E3 (maybe JRPG 1 will be at E3?)

Yeah but even that is probably not something that Jaffe would start angrily tweeting about, it's just too vague for that, the guys on Gaf think that Jaffe is refering to that dude that announced (or has already done) a podcast where he would leak stuff from the judges week, think it was the same dude that leaked the UC Collection a couple days or so ago.
