1. He says FF Versus XIII won't have the name Versus XIII in it and that it will definitely release in 2014 and, in his own words, "You can have my account deleted if this information turns out to be inaccurate.". And yet, his account is still there. He also states FFXV and FFXVI are underway but doesn't know that Versus XIII will become XV? Even better, this rumour started way before in July 2012 so he's just regurgitating what he heard (on top of not knowing that Versus XIII is XV):

2. Demon's Souls 2 - in the same post that you posted, Verendus quotes another poster who says that Demon's Souls 2 is in development. Even famousmortimer hinted at it before Verendus:

Since people were already saying that Demon's Souls 2 was in the work, why wouldn't Verendus, again, regurgitate what they's saying or guessing along the same lines as them? At least Demonite mentioned "Beast" a couple of times before so we know he's legit. Verendus didn't even know that it'll be a different name, just that it may or may not be a new name.

2nd "leak" put to bed.

3. The Dragon Quest one could be a wild guess. And SFV in development? What a shocker!

So most of your things he's gotten "wrong" are either things that haven't happened yet, things to do with the release schedule of SE (really?) and generally things he either hasn't said or you feel different about.

He didn't say Versus XIII and XV and will be 2 different projects and are you seriously going to blame him for that game missing another deadline? After it happened who knows how many times already?

Regarding FF VII how about you stick with what he actually said instead of making things up?:

He also didn't say that there would be tons of megatons at Sonys event, but that the event, THE WHOLE EVENT, is going to be the biggest SCE will ever do.

And one of those JRPGs, the one that will melt the core, is actually already out: It's called Bloodborne.

Well I don't think these rumours are too out there if I'm reading them right. SE does have a new IP in the works which they'll be unveiling with IGN, and they like to milk FF so more games off that, and FF7 fans are the easiest to milk amd feed off their nostalgia, so I don't see why they wouldn't put a spin-off out.

Parasite Eve though? I honestly can't see it happening unless it's low budget, crossgen, or a Vita game.

Monster Hunter PS4? Monster Hunter Frontier 2

New Sega action IP? Weren't they confirmed not to be at E3? If not at E3, I can see Sony funding something from them jointly.

FF6 remake? Yeah not sure about that at all.....

Shadow Hearts? Sure why not, who actually owns this IP again? I can see them trying to resurrect it to bring to a new audience to see if it clicks, but I can't imagine it getting anywhere near a decent budget to do it. So maybe a low budget crossgen game.
