So far I haven't seen any marketing for halo wars 2. Yet I've seen a decent amount for horizon which comes out like a week later I believe. I guess this is just how it is. Idk how Microsoft expects there games to sell without marketing. Besides marketing details on the game are still missing. I don't think they have even said how many missions the campaign is to be.

Hopefully they have a super bowl commercial but i doubt it.

I wish I had the fortitude to grind out Gamerscore like you guys xD

Yeah, I don't see that happening. This gen MS marketing budgets have been pretty poor, no way they'll spend $5m on an ad for Halo Wars 2.

Ya no way. Maybe a general Xbox commercial that has halo wars in it among other things. I'm actually hoping for one about the Scorpio  reveal. Don't say anything besides project Scorpio and that is for Xbox and a date for the reveal. They could get some real hype that way.

Anyway good to know that the halo marketing is bout to begin. I want it to succeed so ms could give CA AGE of empire.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Been playing wildlands with two of my friends and its a pretty fun game. Im hyped for it now.

Everyone! It seems I did pull off some wizardry of sorts and the deal was approved. Now, I should tell you this project will be even longer than the last one, but... What do you think of a shooter that was cel shaded, featured very colorful, Wind Waker/Vesperia styled maps, allowed you to customize your armor with mods and were you choose your loadout and had to rely solely on it?

Finally, what if the FPS had the main schtick not in gameplay, but in how there's a very long TTK and most importantly, you were able to fly and arenas were mostly vertical?

I didn't get into the beta unfortunately. Used to get into every Ubisoft beta, but that makes 2 in a row now where I didn't.

Its a mess. I heard only 200 people per system were invited with each getting up to 3 invites. But the invites werent working. Two of my friends that got in couldnt invite me because it didnt work so i knew someone that gave me his code because he is busy this weekend. Uplay is a mess for betas.

What kind of FPS style? Arena or Twitch military type?

Arena. No need to be fast or worry about ambushes or have to be on the lookout for anything all the damned time...

That sounds like a terrible idea tbh. I don't think that would sell well at all

Technically, I am not the one behind the game. The idea was to have a game where rather than run around and be taken down immediately, enemies fight in drawn out firefights, all while watching out for potential areas of the map that are hazardous and can be used to instantly take the team down. Oftentime shooters punish lack of awareness and improvisation and this shooter was supposed to allow people to rely mostly on their mastery of a weapon they like. If you're superb with autos, there's a weapon set for you, along with a complimentary armor set. The end point was that TTK would be comparable to what an Spartan might take in a Wraith. That means facing down an entire team and holding off until your team backs you up.

No, I don't understand it either, but I do remember a while ago I made a heavyweight game in Halo where you used Answers and Tartarus Gavels and even then people took seconds to kill. Apparently, there are people who are not satisfied with killing enemy players instantly...
