What exactly did Vivendi do to Activision? I never really followed it and why did they sell up and decide to move onto Ubisoft? If they have 25% I can't see anyway Ubisoft can stop them getting another 5% and making an hostile takeover.

Me too. i'm currently playing perfect Dark for the first time thanks to Rare Replay and i really like it but i think it would be better as a third person game like Splinter cell.

I think that Rare should do the sequel, though.
