QB will have to sell a lot on word of mouth. Hope it does well and doesn't go the FH2, Sunset Overdrive, Tomb Raider and Dead Rising route. All games that I feel should've sold 2-3M each by now. Xbox needs it to be a hit.

Remedy games do not sell that well. I was surprised that I'm the only one to choose <300k. Look at Alan Wake on Xbox 360. QB is on a weaker console, digital store is a lot bigger, and it is available on PC this time.

Not exactly an apt comparison considering Alan Wake released the same day as Red Dead Redemption.

The total for the first couple of years suggest that it wouldn't have made a difference, not big any way.

I hope I'm wrong though.
