Crackdown 3 will be playable at the X018 event. They haven't clarified what part of the game will be playable.

The last time we saw crackdown multiplayer was....Gamescom 2015? Been more than three years since we’ve seen it.
I really hope we see multiplayer at X0.

I doubt it. Phil confirmed around E3 that the multiplayer is still in the game.
Btw MS rewards on the xbox one is having a good challenge. Log into Xbox for 20 days and earn 250 gamescore by December 5th and you get 4K points and 3 months of gamepass.
So Jade Raymond has left EA, damn that place must be Toxic as F. It would be a good chance for MS to pick her up especially if she takes the reigns at Compulsion Games, she would be able to build up that studio and recruit top talent.

If MS manages to get her it would be for either to head Compulsion or build her own Studio in Canada, she is a Montreal native so Compulsion would be a good fit and it would be a Rod Ferg to Black Tusk situation. She could also effectively make Compulsion a AAA studio with her there.

Disney probably wont care and will just give the license to the highest bidder, I would love to see it go to Bethesda though. MS won't get a chance because they would wan't it to be multiplat and not exclusive, EA has def messed up BF1 was half-assed and BF2 with the loot box controversy you would think that they would have had Bioware get on a AAA RPG project as the 1st thing when they got the license.
Rodneybouch now thinks that MS could have possibly bought Capcom Vancouver or another Canadian Studio on the west coast.
Microsoft had an interesting trip at the end of september on the west coast of Canada. Acquisition could be on the line. Seem pretty odd that they were on west coast a week after the suspension of capcom vancouver activity.
