Only one more day until the Forza Horizon 3 X enhanced patch :D I'm going to be putting plenty of hours into it and still got all the hot wheels and blizzard mountain content to crack on with.

Speaking of Forza Horizon 3 it passed 3 million units sold at retailer during Black Friday week and like you said on the wall post for FH3 it will pass Gears 4 physically.

Proud to be a Californian.

hmm yea I didn't expect the update to global today to push it past 3m quite yet as it was only at 2.89m when I mentioned it, Looking at what Gears 4 is also selling weekly it should have overtaken it in 2 weeks time when the Global sales update on the 9th December actually.

NBA Jam announcer says he's working with Microsoft to revive the series

Electronic Arts (EA) Sports rebooted the franchise in 2010 and still has the rights, but Kitzrow is working with Microsoft to possibly get the game resurrected for the 25th anniversary.

http://www.espn.co.uk/nba/story/_/id/22072440/nba-jam-silver-anniversary-resurrect-franchise

Saw that yesterday, hopefully it happens. NBA Jam is pretty much the only sports IP I give a damn about, used to play the first one on Genesis.

If you have Xbox Game Pass you could try NBA Playgrounds which is similar.

I have an update error, everytime it tries to update it says it can't, not sure what's going on.

Hmm, they should do a Xbox Direct

It is something I was thinking as well. They should make something like Nintendo does with its direct. Sony has PSX every year to announce their stuff and Nintendo has directs. I think Microsoft does not want to have their own big conference like Sony so doing something like Nintendo does is the best choice for them. Especially that they have a this week on Xbox videos which can be used as some starting point for Xbox direct.

Xbox One Elite Controller V2 Rumour

Info leaked from China website Baidu.

  • Rechargeable batteries, undetachable, MagSafe-like charge port.
  • USB Type-C.
  • Bluetooth on Win10.
  • 3-level Hair Trigger locks.
  • 3-Profile Switch.
  • Longer key-travel for Paddles.

https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/7qilxt/xbox_one_elite_controller_v2_rumor/

Microsoft during all these leaks:

While I believe that new Xbox elite gamepad will come out this year (it needs all Xbox One S gamepad features and fixes) I don’t believe this particular “insider” info. The first photo shows some kind of case with Microsoft logo on it. And this logo doesn’t look like the real Microsoft logo. Probably it’s just bad photo quality but I think it’s fake

New Xbox One update adds Scheduled Themes, Guide improvements and more

A second Xbox One "1802" build has been announced for Insiders, delivering more features to the program's bleeding edge update ring. This update contains two new additions, alongside several bug fixes, ahead of a planned release to further rings in the future.

Updated, January 14, 2018: Experiencing issues with today's Alpha ring update? You're not the only one. Xbox Insider Program lead, Brad Rossetti, has taken to Twitter to clarify that today's update issues are linked to "bad services in one data center." These are being taken offline, which may result in a delayed rollout.

Easily the biggest addition of this update is "Scheduled Themes" – a new feature that allows users to schedule an automatic shift in the console's color theme. When enabled, users can set times for the operating system to shift between the default "Dark theme" and the "Light theme" added in last year's fall update.

This build will also implement a new "Game Pass Discovery" tile to Xbox Guide menu, which randomly selects a title from the Xbox Game Pass library. Hooking directly into Microsoft's Netflix-style subscription service for Xbox games, this will provide an easy way to explore the full spectrum of its offerings.

I wish they will implement changing backgrounds as well at some point. I think it is more useful than switching color themes.

Played some of the Dragon Ball FighterZ beta to see if I'd like it and it's really good.
Presentation is fantastic (not counting menus though as they are terrible as usual in many many Japanese games)
Gameplay is basically Street Fighter but with more over the top moves. Therefore probably closer to Marvel vs. Capcom.
I'm hoping for some decent modes in the final game and a simple menu to choose game modes from. Not the shitty lobby type thing that's present now. At least it made some sense in Xenoverse.

Does anyone wants a Hearts of Stone dlc code for PS4. I bought it for the Gwent cards but i already have the W3:GOTY for xbox.

That FH3 enhanced looks amazing, makes me want to pick it up now...
