Grrr... I want to get it but I'm not a fan of VC... Oh well, I'll get over it and buy it soon then XD Yeah I'm not sure how Paper Mario actually works since I've only played Super Paper Mario (which is apparently very different from the rest) and have seen a few screen shots of Sticker Star which everyone seems to hate, so I'll avoid that one for now.

Oh yeah, PM and SPM are totally different. I also played SPM first.

SPM is a platformer with RPG elements, while PM is a full-fledged RPG. It has a pretty basic (but fun) turn-based system. The world is open and sort of 3D and you can walk around and talk to NPCs. Very much like SPM in that way, but I like exploring the world of PM more (although the overall story of SPM is better, imo).

Alright, I'll definitely have to look into it then. Well either it or Thousand Year Door which fans also seem to love

Skyward Sword.
Playing through it for the second time now, truly a superb game, from its brilliant dungeon designs, to its Disney-esque charm, to its controls that put the master sword right in my hand.

That's the next Zelda game I'm starting after beat TP! If there's one thing I really like about SS before really playing it, it's the color in it. It's like a really nice mix of TP and WW in terms of art direction.

Yeah I'm really appreciating the graphics a lot more this time around. You'd think I'd view it more harshly now that the HD-capable Wii U is out, but on its release I found its visual disappointing, yet now I really like them. Guess my expectations were too high initially; for years "Zelda Wii" was talked about as the game that would max out the system.

That's interesting, isn't that what people are saying about Zelda U as well? Think you'll feel the same about Zelda U when it's out or have you made your expectations a bit less high this go around?

I would suggest playing the original before TTYD, because TTYD is literally superior in every way and you may not want to go back afterwards.

Ah yeah? Then the first it is! Didn't want to spend $65 on TTYD right now anyway v.v XD

Right? I'm just waiting for the day they rerelease it either on the VC or as a remaster. I would buy that so fast.

I'm hoping for either or soon too. There was a rumor about it coming to 3DS... but I think it was proven fake? I'm not sure, but given its popularity I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up on either VC or in remaster form in the near future. Anything so I don't have to buy a used over priced copy :S

Oh I've learned my lesson! ;) I think there are always high visual expectations of Zelda games, as it's arguably the series Nintendo invests the most into in terms of production value. If Zelda U ends up looking as good as the footage shown last year, I'll be more than happy.

Due to my sched. I'm only playing one game now. Animal Crossing and Tomodachi Life don't count... :P So my only fav one I'm playing is Mother 3! x ) I just finished Earthbound and I really enjoyed, and to prepare for Mother 4, I am getting into Mother 3 to hopefully cover any small references that may be in 4. I hope I can finish it soon x )
