It had online multipler modes?
Well, Nintendo really is in need of an exclusive shooter, so they probably want this one to be strong. Let's hope they do the same and give Devil's Third a hard push.

Metroid Prime Hunters did, 9 years ago.

It sold well for nintendo I take it? and everyone loved the online multiplayer?
*edit: ah that was a NDS game.
Competitive online multiplayer in a shooter, on a handheld.... they should have done that on non handheld consol.
Yep. And this is part of why I hope it sells well...
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Indeed they should have, just saying, this isn't their first venture into the field. Hunters actually predates the COD4 explosion of FPS online multiplayer. Sadly, I couldn't find any reliable sales data for it; VGChartz hasn't tracked its European sales and has heavily undertracked it in NA.
Yeah they usually only push games that sell well regardless, because reasons!
For sure, they are pushing it a lot more than normal, which is good... but NoA commercials aren't very good :p
