Part of the blame is Nintendo's too. They have the habit of limiting the production of their special products to a ridiculous extreme. If they made more units day one, the consumers would be able to buy their products fine and the calpers wouldn't find that much value on their products, so they'd stop buying them day one. I can't find the FE Fates special edition anywhere, it sold out in an hour. How many units did Nintendo manufacture?

Its not that guys, these are things you NEED to preorder. it doesn't really matter how many ninty made they would have sold out in minutes. The Pokemon 3DS sold out a month before it got out do you know how i got it? I waited for 10am on monday after it launched exactly 48 horus for gamestop to cancel guys who didn't pick up theres and ordered it right away. You wont get it easily now that a month has passed. Its limited edition.

Wow I'm not as savy as you, I didn't even think of doing that... but I guess sadly this is a reality I must accept, now that the Pokemon 3DS is out of my grasp FOREVER! (ㅠ_ㅠ)

Its not forever, scalpers exist and you can check Pokemon center.com as well. they're suppose to be restocking them there last I checked. Then again you never know.

Really interesting they went with her instead of Wind Fish, though it's pretty obvious why. Can't wait to see what she can do!

Would love to know how she could possibly tie into the story... I mean spoilers for Link's Awakening but is she even real or just a waifu Link dreamed up whilst he was feeling lonely out at sea??

So... uh, anyone planning on getting HW Legends but doesn't need/have the Wii U copy that they would like to give away?!

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Finished Twilight Princess yesterday.

Still a superb game; the only console Zelda since Ocarina of Time that really feels like a powerful, ambitious epic.

The dungeons are mostly excellent, Midna is an awesome character with real personality and charm, and the moody tone elevates the drama and atmosphere in a way that recalls the greatness of Ocarina while still having its own distinct feel.

Yeah, the wolf sections can be a bit dull, and some of its gameplay design seems a little archaic in 2016, but its rock solid core has weathered the last decade well, and it remains an engrossing and rewarding adventure.

I agree, at least if we are talking TP GameCube or HD.  Wii version feels really archaic with its motion control setup in a post-Skyward Sword world :P .  But yeah, it holds up really really well.  In fact, I'm playing OoT fully for the first time right now and after finishing TPHD, I really feel like OoT has aged considerably worse than most imply.  Don't get me wrong, still a really great game and certainly the degree to which it has held up is testament to its craft.  But the dungeons, while puzzling, feel less interesting.  The world also feels really empty compared to TP, which is astounding since TP isn't exactly bursting with details.  But at least in TP there are small hidden dungeons to find chests in and environmental puzzles to solve for chests.  OoT's Hyrule is just a big void for the most part.  And then the writing...well, it has a good amount of charm but the characters are nowhere near as developed or interesting as TP, WW, SS, MM...pretty much any post-OoT Zelda :P.  Like I said, still a great game, but much like SUper Mario 64, it feels highly safe, intentionally keeping things fairly straightforward for the jump to 3D.
