Also, do I get it right or Federation Force will be New3DS exclusive? Or they were just generally talking about New3DS virtues?

Unlikely.. I think they were just impressed with the n3DS, but releasing it exclusively for the n3DS would make this game sell even less

Agreed, its going to be a tough sell already without further restricting its audience. If it was N3DS exclusive it would be a masssive flop.
