Random question about Fire Emblem Fates. 

I'm just in the first few chapters of Conquest, but what does the second percentage number (when you are with an adjacent unit) means? I assume is the extra hit % you get from being with a partner, but it could also be the hit % of my partner. 

It's a little bit confusing.

I could be wrong...but I'm pretty sure it's the chance you'll land an actual hit. I don't believe the game registers a co-op hit that misses, unless it involves a special ability that forces it to miss.
