I miss playing Terraria. if I didn't have it on virtually every other console it's on, I'd get it on 3DS.

Not sure what scoring system you want, but is it kills (like in ranked) or wins for your team?

I've played plenty of matches (with charger) defending the main area and still gaining the most points even though I had to engage in battle. I don't really think this would be that much of an issue because you do need to defend the main area, but you need to make sure you have the other routes covered in your paint, which is important to win. You can't always avoid a fight. Teamwork requires both offensive and defensive players to succeed.


As implied you could simply use the same rules and victory conditions as the game does so team wins.

In those matches I bet no one played with the sole purpose of getting the most points instead of helping the team win, but that will not be the case with your ruleset which only encourages the type of play already mentioned. And again I stress how it would severely limit the weapon pool.

I finally was able to try tournament mode in smash and it completely sucks, not being able to create our own 1v1 tourneys is dumb and the ones nintendo do are 2 stocks, 3 minutes. Hopefully nintendo changes the mode in a future update.
