Lyn's voice is a lot better than the Japanese one. Elma's is fine, though that might be because I'm familiar with the voice actress. 

 

As for lip sync, they placed a huge disclaimer before that it was a work in progress, so it's pretty obvious that is one of the first scenes they've done. I wouldn't be surprised if they put it together during e3.

Yeah, giving it a second listen it's not too bad.  And these may not be the final recording and of course all the other aspects are not finished either.  And I do know the voice actress.  That's probably what threw me, I am too familiar with her other roles :P

For Elma, I think it's the VA who voiced Serana for the Skyrim: Dawnguard expansion.

Now that Nuvendil has put in his two cents I'm unsure, but I was thinking it was Tara Platt. 

He was thinking Laura Bailey(Lucina)

It really doesn't sound all that much like Laura Bailey tbh. It sounds a lot more like Platt.

She was Temari from Naruto. Also Mitsuru from Persona 3.

Oh that helps a bit but I haven't watched naruto in nearly 5 years and Mitsuru's voice is still kinda fresh in my head but i'm not sure. I just listened to it myself and I know both voices.. I just can't put my finger on it. It would be easier to use dubbed anime than gaming for me though...

Edit: Actually there are a lot of new things in this hack and the time for the level seems too long. I wouldn't put it past some creative people to try though.

I kinda like the voices they chose for XCX. They're not whiny like typical JRPG voices, and they sound fairly mature. That being said, the lip syncing needs to be touched up.
