I still stick with my theory that Breath of the Wild has been completed for well over a year already and just been sat on the shelf waiting for the Switch launch and we will either see a new IP from the team or another Zelda for holiday 2019.

I don't have any problem with the DLC, it's only $19.99, it gives me more content and increases the longevity of the game. It means after I've fully played it I'm gonna have a tonne of new content to experience throughout the year. Your still getting the same game regardless of the DLC which is just new added content for those looking for more months and months after it's release, and it's not like DLC is anything new and this DLC is much better than the likes of the DLC from some other companies. *cough* EA *cough*

I would be interested in seeing something like that done as one of those standalone expansion pack sequels/spinoffs, like Far Cry Blood Dragon, priced at $40 to $50 instead of $60 with a physical and digital release.  Would be a good way to more reliably have 2 Zelda releases a gen imo.
