Huh, interesting. So maybe it wasn't that employees fault. 

If only there was a way to look at a disc before buying it...

That reminds me when my friend gave me his FFVII disc 3. Disc was all scratched up and froze on the cinematics. I never did finish the game until some years later when I obtained a working copy.

Barely buy used games, as I like them new.

I got SoulCalibur 2 for GameCube used and the extras (gallery, etc.) did not work, though everything else was fine

My worst is Naughty Bear, cause while the trailers are great and the game should be funny. It's not as much fun as it should be.

I've never had much of a problem playing them. Did resurface at my friends store a couple of used Wii games I got, but I had used them for a while before they got so the sometimes wouldn't read.

Nope unless I arrive late to the Frey, or i'm skeptical about the game. If i'm skeptical, I'll play an hour then if it's A1, I'll buy it new.

Most sellers state the condition, if they dont, always expect the worst (but the game should still work).

I hate the ones that stick labels with glue that never comes off easily.

Picked up perfect dark 0 from the bargain bin at gamestop when they were having a buy one get one free sale, had to take the game back three times because the dics were shit. Then to add insult to injury the game itself just sucked to begin with.

I thought everyone loved that game. lol
