Really good data and a sorta new look on how current gens are doing with games atm, not too impressed by the amount of crossgen/remasters going on so far which is another factor as to why I don't see myself buying into current gen systems at the moment apart from Wii U.

I hope we get more updates and charts to go with it as well in the future since this could prove something useful when talking about the direction current gen is going.

Just to point out the wiiu came out over a year earlier, has almost zero 3rd party games, and Nintendo flat out abandoned the Wii, unlike Sony (MS pretty much has too).

It only makes sense that their situation would be different.

I'm gonna also repeat to the OP, diablo 3 is not a remaster.

I wasn't really into the Wii ebcause I saw it as being incrediably casual and thus went with the PS3 and then moved onto the 360 so Nintendo dropping Wii support has no effect on me and really doesn't alter my current choice.

Their situation being different this time around I would say is better than it being a shovelware dumping ground.

Apart from that my prime interest in the Wii U is it's games, not 3rd parties as I have my PC as my main for it's own exclusives and3rd part games, 3rd party support on their end again has no effect on my current choice.

Exactly this. And I really don't get it. :/
