It is possible, everybody thought the Wii would sell poorly and it totally annihilated the XB witha year head start and almost sold double that of PS3. So it remains to be seen if this happens but it could.

 Actually personally I see it more like this:

Fanboys on one side say it will.

Fanboys on the other side say it won't.

realists say that it is not very likely based on the sales of previous games in the same series and the different user bases that the games were sold on, but that fan bases also play a factor and the level of hype for this game may allow it to sell that well.  Trends say no, but it's not impossible.

Not incredibly straight forward....but realism rarely is.

Interesting to note that everyone here does count a bundle MGS4 game as a sale.
I guess that everyone does agree that Wii Sports should count then. Nice to know.
