Forums - Gaming Discussion - The button; do you press it?

I would

press the button. 67 49.26%

destroy the button. 30 22.06%

reverse the button, turni... 3 2.21%

try to rig the button to... 36 26.47%

Total:136

I think gaming needs diversity, so I'd destroy the button. I wouldn't even press the button if it turned all games into different entries in the Xeno series, and that is saying a LOT!

Around the Network

I wouldn't press it because I can still play the 3D platformers that I want.

I'd destroy it because I don't think it is right to take from others something thy enjoy even if I do not.

Hell no I love shooters!

I ask the button nicely if it can let all other shooters live but replace EA with a studio that makes nothing but beautifully written, artistically rich JRPGs.

I would destroy the button, for no single person should wield that kind of power.

I would agree with that, but I don't see a problem if that person is me.

What is a realistic shooter? COD where you can take 50 bullets to the head and hide for 5 seconds to heal?

You've never played cod apparently. You die extremely quick in that game, even when not shot in the head

An exaggeration, but you get my point...

For the most part I do fall into that group with a few exceptions for absolute gems (Metroid Primes and, if you count them, Portals); but I'm always wiling to make a joke about my own views and sarcasticly 'over-present' them, as was my intentionn with that since the thread is naturally lop-sided. Seemed best to offer recourse for those of opposing views in a manner that was equally fun by making it deliberately contrast everything else through overplaying my own bias.

Sorry, i'm totally overexplaining the joke.

Haha!, don't worry about it. I find your point of view quite interesting and funny. I have my own biases as well from time to time, the best thing is to poke fun at them.
