Hey now, not all developers are dicks...

Hopefully the devs that are making this fondly remember their strong ties to Nintendo back in the day, and if a big publisher decides to step in ala Project cars, i hope they dont make a shitty decision to scupper things. I honestly believe this is a multiformat game that has potential to do as well if not better sales wise on a Nintendo system as its the kind of game geared towards a Nintendo audience.

They can't do that, if they get to 1 million, and they will, they have promised that everyone gets the game day 1. Not delivering on that would be fraud
