Person asking the question is not the brightest light.
"Why can we connect NNID if you are NOT developing NOTHING?"
In other words "Why can we connect NNID if you develop something?"
Answered his own question.

As some suspected I earlier on I think they have Wii U, PS3 and 360 versions waiting to be revealed at E3/september but want to put focus on PS4/X1

He's spanish (me too), so it's understandable to certain point. In spanish, we include a negation word along with the "nothing". "No hay nada" = "There isn't nothing". I know, it's weird, but it is what it is xDDD So, there is some times when spanish people make the mistake you've seen in that tweet when they write english.
Back on topic, I would love to play the new COD on Wii U. It's awesome to play with a friend in two different screens thanks to the gamepad ^^

I guess Spanish people also sometimes don't capitalize names of languages and nationalities when they write English. :p
