aside from the best looking water gta has the best looking graphic so far on consoles

Just Cause 2 has some fairly impressive water, especially given the size of the game world. Skyrim with mods is killer as well (but not overly impressive in vanilla). I have yet to see GTA V on PC, but I have no doubt that it looks terrific, I'll be buying it after I get my new rig so I can max that sucker!
