BFG in the original Doom games. You can't go wrong with a weapon when one of its nicknames is Big Fucking Gun.
Also, Railgun in Quake 2 and Quake 3. Not sure which one I like more, I love them both even though I kinda suck at using it.

It's been so long since I've played Doom, man the BFG 9000 is amazing. It's a screen nuke in a FPS.
The Gravity Gun from Half Life 2 is also pretty cool, especially with sawblades and zombies.
