Favorite weapon in a video game?

BFG in the original Doom games. You can't go wrong with a weapon when one of its nicknames is Big Fucking Gun.

Also, Railgun in Quake 2 and Quake 3. Not sure which one I like more, I love them both even though I kinda suck at using it.
