Well considering that Kazooie does most of the work for Banjo, I'd say it counts.

It was a hard choice between this and the Samurai Edge from Resident Evil.
Also, it plays the 1812 Overture when you shoot it. Ridiculously awesome!

Flak Canon would be my 2nd place, I think. It was easily the best balanced weapon in UT and I always used it if I found it.
