Awesome NPC characters you should include from Paper Mario Thousand Year Door are TEC, Lord Crump, Pennington: The Detective Penguin, Professor Frankly, Rawk Hawk, Elder Puni, and Doopliss.

And you should probably add Geno from Super Mario RPG.

Edit: I forgot about Flavio from TTYD!

And from Super Paper Mario you should include Count Bleck, Super L Mr. L, Tippi, Dimentio, Tippi, Mimi, and Francis.
