Specifically, it was in a recent issue of Game Informer.

It says "at least the four characters" which to me means that it isn't certain that all DLC will be free. There's more DLC than just these four characters, right?

I'll do some looking but iirc, the character DLC was the only DLC I remember coming out in Japan.

Thanks for the heads up! Pretty interesting, currently thinking of how to re-structure the OP so will bear this in mind for a future segment
