Just like I am sure most guys/girls don't say good looks are important to them. However all REAL statistics say otherwise.

Good looks only matter with hookups. Boyfriend and girlfriend is more about personality.

It will always be about both to a certain extent.

Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

That seems more likely. I couldn't believe people buy a game only because of its resolution/graphics...

The fact that price is an option makes me scratch my head. For free games it makes some sense, but I don't think anybody buys something just because it is cheap. Cheapness in combination with other factors, sure, but alone that doesn't make any sense.

For consoles it is.

But teh Gabens and 8Ks and 400 frames per seconds!!

steamsales, humblebundle, bundlestar, the other bundlesite i allways forgett about, greymarket steamkeys, etc...

The question is stupid. It's often more than one factor which makes you buy games.

Story>Gameplay>Graphics for me so im happy with these results.

"Say what you want about Americans but we understand Capitalism. You buy yourself a product and you Get What You Pay For."

Pfft, year right. Some games today play like shit but look flawless and they sell a crap ton. Especially in America where we are easily amazed and have little room for outside thinking. Man, I hate our demographic.

I think in most of those cases people are buying the games because they want the game...if they didn't want the game in the first place, it doesn't really matter how much it costs.

Even then, I think that most of that makes up an extremely small portion of the survey.

Basically I'm just saying that the survey is inherently flawed in the way its questions are structured and I do not feel that it is representative of much of anything.

Also, who buys a game because of its ESRB rating? That doesn't even make sense

EDIT: I guess there were some wires crossed as the Title of the thread and title of the graph say different things. It makes more sense when you look at the graph title, but I still call bullshit
