It's just my preference, I like the original cases more. I lived most of my life in a PAL region... Had to look around for the original release sometimes. However I think the small tag on the PS4 cases is just fine.

Prefer it over the green or red boxes, I have a few in my PS3 collection and messes with the uniformity (well, that and Sony going whole new box design...and random end of generation games being blue...)

No. Greatest hits are found through sales.. Nintendo is the only company that will be having short generations from now on. Microsoft is following Sony.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. This generation will most likely be shorter than the last one, which was (is) an outlier.

MS might also launch the XBox Two/720/4/whatever sooner than expected if PS4 keeps outselling it 2-1 or 3-1 or more WW. They did it from OG Xbox -> 360 afterall.....
