I doubt the 300 hours are from the story. I can bet 80% of the content is from the quests.

And I bet some of it is behind paid DLC. Shameful.


You "betting" on it isn't going to make 80% of the game not be the story, plus, even if it isn't, though I doubt you've actually researched it they've actually shown online co-op for the game, a great NPC system that has a lot of potential, MECHS, a huge world to explore, hundreds of different creatures, tonnes of customization, 4 CDs worth of music, a deep story and more.

And no-one has said that the 300 hrs includes DLC, Its most likely adds on to that 300hrs, because that's what DLC is. Additionally, why is it that any other game can have DLC but when XCX has it, its shameful? I don't see the logic behind it.

You guys are putting to much faith in The Witcher 3 GOTY.

Don't take me wrong, it will most likely deserve it, but half of the reviewers have a hard time trying to get into the alchemy system. Less invested players will ignore it.

This is not Dragon Age, where everything is simple and straightforward.

Hahaha I really hope it doesn't disappoint. The original was the game that made me forget I was playing on a Wii... in 2011! I got so engrossed in that game, that I didn't even notice it was SD.

XC was praised even more because FFXIII trilogy :p 

It really was a fantastic game. It couldof been a million seller, damn limited prints!!!

Indeed, thankfully it got a much more generous release here in Europe. I actually had the LE set with a nice bright red classic controller pro which matched my Mario 25th anniversary edition Wii :)

If Xenoblade wins even one GOTY it will be a success.

I guess it will go to the Witcher if they doesn't fuck it up somehow. MGS if it is for some reason really good.
