Not once did he say that. Also...no, a console company has never recieved more hate and backlash than Microsoft.

Lol dude, he said it in the video. Maybe you should watch it.

He's a Nintendo troll and hater. The 17th same Mario? Maybe this trollish behaviour is why Nintendo doesn't want this jerk covering their games.

No. He's not a NIntendo hater. He dislikes how Nintendo treats Youtubers (In which he's not alone in this). He actually likes the Wii U and would love to give Nintendo free publicity if they would let him. Pew Die Pie was talking about how out of touch Nintendo is with this generation if they cannot see how much publicity they get from Youtube. It puts their Nintendo Directs to shame.

He's a notorious Nintendo hater. He earns lot's of money from doing jack shit (making youtube videos isn't real work) and let's his fans pay for a Wii U which he won't even cover on his channel because he doesn't get every dollar of ad revenue? Lol. This guy is too full of himself and there are plenty of major youtube channels that will still cover Nintendo.

So... where exactly can I find your youtube videos? Ya know since they are so easy to make and all...

It's a hobby. If someone would pay me a monthly salary to produce youtube videos about my second favorite subject I'd gladly do it. Much more fun than having to do an actual job.

How do you react about anti-consumer practices from other companies?

Is this necessarily anti-consumer? If anything, it is anti-"producer." If somebody makes money off of Nintendo's IP they have rules. Angry Joe could put the video back up if he removed the ads, for example.

Nintendo's rules are in contradiction to the law though.  I have seen news stories get flagged for using clips of Nintendo's games.  With their current settings, an Angry Review would definitely get flagged.  A producer of a product being sold to the consumer having undue influence on the media produced about their product is anti-consumer.  And yes, that includes taking revnue from reviewers, critics, pundits, and journalists as it impedes their ability to do their job.  Plus, fair use doctrine clearly states that Nintendo has no right whatsoever to claim commentary, parody, review, etc., either pulling them down or taking a cut of the revenue.  All products under those categories are the property of the creators alone; Nintendo has no rights whatsoever.

Which law? Let's Play's have never been determined to fall under fair-use. The videos in question are let's plays/streams. If Nintendo is flagging reviews that is an entirely different story.

There's loads of youtube channels that cover Nintendo. These guys are out of touch if they think Nintendo doesn't get publicity from youtube anymore.

The Completionist mostly does Nintendo vids, same goes for The Game Theorists, Ijustine, GameXplain, Cobanermani (makes a living from Nintendo let's plays), Projared, Somecallmejohnny, Gamegrumps, etc.

Well if you were to put the time and effort in then maybe you could get paid for it. In the video Joe said it takes him about 60 hours per video, so have fun with that fake work

And it costs me thousands of hours doing research for university. Oh noes, 60 hours!

Nintendo has every right to do this and you know it so stop talking shit about them. Nintendo doesn''t owe you anything and if you think that you are just a deluded fan/wannabe who want's free stuff.

How is it free stuff when you pay for games, controllers and consoles though? If I buy a Wii U with some games and extra controllers and upload a video of me playing said games; how have I gotten anything for free exactly?

I also find it somewhat disheartening that even legitimate criticism of Nintendo can often lead to people being labelled simply as "haters", I should know since I've been called that myself for condemning the strategies and clunky corporate maneuvering of Nintendo in the 8th generation, regardless of any points I made, there was always a steady of stream of people ready to brandish the "doom talk" and "hater" labels and it kinda ruins discussions.

People can feel however they like about Angry Joe, I'm not actually a huge fan of his either and have honestly not watched many of his videos at all; but to claim that the he doesn't at the very least have a point is more deluded than being a wannabe who wants free stuff you pay for.

The whole "Nintendo have the right to do this" argument is also somewhat worthless imo, it kind of falls under the same phenomenon as the infamous 2nd amendment in the American constitution for me; it may be technically legal, but that doesn't make it wise.
With Nintendo pulling stunts like this and others (shutting out smaller developers from proper communications is another blooper) in their current position; I shudder at the thoughts of the disregard they would show for their fans and customers should they ever climb back into the power they had in the 80's and early 90's.

Once again, link me to something stating that reviews/news have been taken down through copyright strikes and not Content ID. They aren't the same thing, and things getting falsely taken down through Content ID is due to flaws in Youtube's system which are generally out of Nintendo's grasp. This system automatically scans videos for matches with submitted material, regardless of the origin of that material. These Content ID claims are able to be disputed if they are truly covered under fair use, and in that situation, they will get reinstated (although not always in a timely manner).

These are flaws with Youtube's system, not Nintendo maliciously attacking Youtubers...

Additionally, for every example you find of something getting flagged, you could likely find hundreds that wouldn't get flagged, once again, through some confounding logic within Youtube's own systems. If Nintendo was removing everything, including reviews, that didn't follow their policy, then virtually every review and lets play on youtube would have been removed and that just isn't the case.

So you're up for it then? Better get started, clock's ticking

Why? I make a living from doing my favorite thing, doing historical research (and every article I write takes much more than 60 hours).

Gaming comes second.

Even if I wanted a youtube channel it wouldn't be about gaming, but about antiquity. I don't think the Romans are going to take down my vids.

This guy doesn't even like Nintendo, it's all about money.

That's bullshit. His fans crowd funded him a wii u so he could do Nintendo reviews. He got the wii u and was about to before Nintendo flagged him On youtube with uploads he hadn't even edited yet. If Nintendo product is put up on youtube they can jump in on your profits. Nintendo is historically bad with partnerships. Now they are screwing with free publicity on youtube because they are out of touch with today's generation. When Nintendo feels like hey very lost control everyone becomes a target.

Nintendo is out of touch with today's generation. It is run by a bunch of greedy, overbearing old men who are not only controlling  over their product but also over the people they work with. This is historically true about Nintendo which is why third parties have bad relationships  with them since the 80s and 90s.

It's obvious that you never  heard him out that he likes he wii u. In fact he had more fun with it thanight he ps4 and Xbox one combined. Nintendo just always gets in the way.

This. Nintendo is literally its own worst enemy.

Of course they do. If they depend upon Nintendo products to make their living then thats their livelyhood. It isn't Joes. It's mostly people who are outside of the Nintendo world whom are the most vocal and they are speaking out even on behalf of the Nintendo gamers are affected by Nintendo's decisions. At some point we have to be united as gamers on something.
