Not sure why I feel the same way but I do.

I'm pretty sure it's just the music of the trailer that did it. Both are of my most anticipated upcoming games though.

Yeah, I don't see how Fire Emblem fits into this. We need a western trailer.

I'm not hating, it's just a thread with my opinion, man! Persona 5 looks amazing, this looks amazing! I'm not saying "persona is crap" I would never say that about my third favorite rpg.

i one the TEs side.. but im a bit more biased, i dont like persone, but SMT...

 fire emblem is the part when they use a virtual thing to fight like fire emblem characters.

You could argue that's it more like the Arena fights in Persona 4 Arena...

Besides, there was just a weird mish-mash of gameplay and anime in that trailer. Need more to really gauge how it works.

At first I thought it was just the music as well, so I rewatched the Persona 5 trailer. But the music in the Persona 5 trailer is pretty awesome too. I don't know, the combat animations in SMT xFE looked better to me, and I like the character designs more. Might just be me though.


Character designs, I wasn't impressed with on P5 sans the protaganist. That might be it, but I dunno. I really just can't place my finger on it.

At least these games appear to be more comparable.  XCX and FFXV are different in some pretty drastic ways.
