Its not. Page states games with asterisk are confirmed, which makes the list of games confirmed very small. It will be a safer bet to let nintendo announce it themselves

The (2)is an foot-note for the source of the confirmation. All the games with * in front of them are the actual confirmed games. The rest is speculation.
