Oh i thought maybe 9'000'000 ,but went with 8'000'000 to be safe. I think it's possible for it to double it's current numbers in the US ,they do have a penchant for the console and some weeks the sales for Wii U are not that bad there. Also with the big games this year adding even more value to owning the system will increase sales.
By the end of the year it will have a very good exclusive range of games on the system which no true gamer should miss out on. And from what i have seen they have a better grip on advertising the unit in the US , over here in the UK and i believe Europe many don't even know the system exists . And many of those that do still think it's a Wii add on. I actually be quite excited to see the numbers Wii U does in the US this year end.
As for the rest of the world where have to wait and see if Nintendo turn up the promotion of the system ,maybe amiibo sales will get them advertising the Wii U.
