The Order 1886 is a great game. These numbers are well deserved and im proud of Playstation Nation for making up their own minds and not listening to propaganda reviews that clearly fear The Order is a threat to one of MS's only two heavy hitting exclusives (Gears of War). This game is its own beast. A graphical and technical masterpiece, brilliant setting/atmosphere, and a damn good cover shooter with some pretty ingenious weapons. Firing around cover has never been done this good before. The angle of the gun and the reticle is fantastic. Shortcomings aside I think the game is a damn fine first effort that has set the graphical bar almost impossibly high for this gen and that's a good thing. With sales like this in 2 days (it was released on Friday, numbers go in on Saturday) a sequel is all but confirmed.

Just like Naughty Dog did with Uncharted 2 I fully expect Ready at Dawn to expand the gameplay systems and refine combat (hopefully have both VAMPIRES and werewolves) and even add a multiplayer (fingers crossed for a non campaign co op where we get to play as anyone from the Order). Sony has a new AAA monster on its hands. I can not wait for more from this IP. 

It's not a smear campaign. The game wasn't good.

From 240k US fw (2 days) to 40k second week (7 days)... I think that´s not a good sign.

Ok sales but not much more and please just get over it: There was no smear campaign, the game simply did not appeal to most reviewers. There is no conspiracy or anything silly like that. If you like the game, focus on that instead.

The majority of critics and customers alike think the game is mediocre. Think it's the customers that were duped into buying this cause of the hype. I still think this whole smear campaign theory is BS, it's only just a mediocre game, nothing more.
I haven't played it personally, I'm just going by the consensus from metacritic as well as some friends and acquaintances that have played it. It's a game, it's not bad, it's not great, it just is.

Did you play it? Or just watch some footage on YouTube claim you didn't like it like 80% of the Internet who claim to dislike it? 

600K was expected with all the hype, sales are going to crash hard in the coming weeks
