I dont know, I just see it as down the middle. This is a love or hate it game,that's all there is to it. You're going to have some who love the game and you're going to have others who just hate it.  That's really all it comes down to

And what makes you think that those people are bandwagon defenders and not people who played the game and actually enjoyed it? And please don't tell you haven't noticed that most negative comments about the game come from people who have no intention of buying it and have no idea what they're talking about. 

I don't think it's a love or hate game. Check most threads. Even people defending it or saying that they enjoyed it it are giving it a 7-8. I wouldn't call that love.

your entitled to your opinion, but read reviews on why it scored the way it did and you will understand why. Don't understand the problem.

There are Sony fans saying the same thing. They've mainly been ignored

The Order is a good game. On my second playthrough on hard now, and I don't play many games twice. Not perfect by any means, but it is a good game. Also for those interested, 8-10 hours first playthrough on normal.

Unfortunately this seems to be the problem. I think critics just expect more from certain developers. If the order was made by some indie studio it would have reviewed much better. Same applies to destiny. I believe that expectations are really high when it comes to some dev studios. So when they came doesn't meet those expectations, its failure to do so becomes the talking point and what it does manage to do gets ignored.

Except if you hold The Order to the standard set by cinema, it wouldn't hold up very well...
