Which do you think will be better and why?

Final Fantasy Type-0 11 14.47%

Final Fantasy XV 65 85.53%

Total:76

XV definitely. I've seen gameplay and it looks fucking amazing. Not to mention it's going to be over 100 hours.

One would hope FFXV is pretty darn great, as it has been in development for like a decade.

when will ppl get this straight? it was announced almost a decade ago true, but it hasn't actually been in development.

Anyways I'll go with FF15. I have a feeling it's going to be the best FF since FF9. Hell, the return of the world map and making said world map traversable puts it right up there already in my book.

It technically started its development a decade ago, but was put on hold for pretty much the remainder of the PS3 life.  I remember reading about that.

Type 0 easy.

How do you figure? If it is annonced that means it has been given the go ahead for planning and development. So whether it was writing the story for it, or even putting the team together for it, that is part of the initial development process. It is all part of the development. Even the first points of creation are part of development, that's actually the definition of development.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.

Funny, to me that is a reason it likely won't be as good. How many times has it went into development then been scrapped in that time? With so many different people with different visions for the game that have come and gone if any ideas still remain from them they might be quite convoluted now. In many ways now, even though it has been in 'development' for so long, with the recent engine change and change of the helm, it almost seems like this could actually be rushed since it has likely started from scratch again. There was so little information on it for so long then all of a sudden we hear it is 60 percent complete. Did it take nearly a decade for the 60 percent? If so we shouldn't see the rest of the game for another 5-6 years. Since it is likely to be out by my guess next year 2016, or if it squeeks in 2015 that's 40 percent of the game development in roughly a year or a bit more plus the translations and work to get it produced and distributed in a very short amount of time.

I haven't liked the MMO's of FF games. This game shares the open world and non linearity of those. Type-0 seems like it's a bit more back to basics FF game. I think it will be better received in the long run.

Oh I see, exaggerating for emphasis right? There are a lot if false claims or fact twisting in your post though.

Probably FF VX

Mainstream FF games generally do well and will be supported by fans while spinoffs vary..

It has been made very very clear, and talked about multiple times, that the game was put on hold and pretty much stuck in pre development for a very very very long time. It actually went into proper development just about 2yrs ago. Anyways, doesn't matter, its pretty obvious that your mind is already made up as far as the game is concerned. Though for the life of me I don't get it, especially since you say you like kingdom hearts and FF12.

I don't think its possible to like those games and see FF15 and not love it.

I haven't twisted facts. Everything you bolded are theories and theoretical. There iis so much we don't know that almost anything could have happened. Except. The engine change, that's factual, as far as recent depends on your perception.

Of course my mind is made of up of what think. It's. Called my opinion lol.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.

I didn't say I liked either of those. I like the early FF games and don't like the one KH game I have played.
