If the reviews are good, and Nintendo supplies enough copies 1m+ is possible. XCX has far more hype behind it then XC, and it is arguably the most wanted JRPG after FFXV and P5. So yeah, IMO not even 1.5 million is not out of question WW.

Even if the platform it's on will have (hopefully) a little over 1/10th of its predecessor's userbase, this game will also come in very hyped and be released in a timely fashion and not supply-constrained in North America as its predecessor was.

So, yes. Definitely.

Absolutely.

It has more sales potential then most of the recently hyped game (bayonetta, Hyrule warriors, captain toad). It will be quite a front loaded release but I think it will also one of the main games people purchaing a wii U for Zelda will want to get after MarioKart+Smash bros, so it should do well during holidays aswell. The most hyped game released so far outside of mario kart and Smash Bros. Even Mario 3D world didn't seem as anticipated as X.

Of course I'm assuming the game turns out good :p.

I think 1.5m lifetime is achievable, hopefully it releases with a bundle in the west during the summer (July ideally) before the flood of huge PS4/X1 third party games thats expected from september onwards. I suspect most people who are interested in this game will not own Wii U as their sole system.
