Any Turn-based Wargame like Battle Isle or Panzer General in the 90s. Which reduces my choice to Panzer Corps and the Kickstarterproject Battle Worlds: Kronos

Why not? People are listing Dynasty Warriors, Tales of etc. and many of those games outsell the lates Sly Cooper game, even if you exclude Japan.
