Uncharted 4 being the best of all is your opinion, not a fact. But yes, it's a blockbuster. Ratchet & Clank isn't made by Sony and even if it was, it's not a blockbuster. We might as well start calling Splatoon a blockbuster then. Until Dawn is made by an independant game studio. We're not going to call games like Devil's third or Bayonetta 2 Nintendo games now are we?

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the Ratchet & Clank game coming is a remake of the original game. It's not a new entry.

There is a reason to why nintendo's has barely lost any money. These other companies screw up when it comes to budgets while nintendo doesn't .a Bigger budget game fails and the entire company suffers a smaller budget game fails and it can easily be recovered. Most of these compainies that are rich and healthy only need one flop to crash while nintendo would need many many many flops to crash.

Precisely. Couldn't have said it better myself.

Ya there is more games, but you have to consider the games are not to scale as Sony or Microsoft's games.  There's 2 re-releases there, a mobile game ported to 3DS, a game with a bunch of mini-games tacked togeher, and a bunch of budget games.  Honestly I'd say Bloodbourne's production values could rival most of those combined.

This basically shows the difference between Nintendo and Sony/Microsoft, Nintendo has more releases but they are games on a smaller scale which Sony/Microsoft have more big scale projects.

Difference being that Bloodbourne is not developed or published by Sony, and higher budgets do not mean better games. Nintendo at least publishes games that are functional and don't cost the same amount of money than a Hollywood movie would AND still have it work day 1!

You really need to do your research, Sony Japan Studio is helping in the development and Sony is publishing the game.

Nah, it's a reboot.

That's a little odd to only compare games released to a list of 10 games where only 3 are released.

In my mind, I was comparing the games Nintendo has released thus far to the games other publishers have released. I wasn't including the whole list.

then why not compare to all the games published by Sony for the vita and ps4 thus far this year? orwhatever publisher you chose

Superstardust ultra, compares to the zelda game remake for remake

fat princess: pieces of cake, compares to the pokemon game, both ports of mobile games that have microtransactions

The Order: 1886, and Kirby

3 games sony 3 games Nintendo.

and while it's hard to tell from this list what games are published by sony vs not, there are more coming over the next few months than you seem to think.

"As featured in Sony's press conference, the game re-imagines the original Ratchet & Clank, with updated gameplay and completely new visuals built from the ground up for the PlayStation 4."

Got this off of Insomniac's website.

Doesn't mean much. Nintendo also works together with the developers of all third party games being published by Nintendo. Yet no one called Bayonetta 2 a Nintendo game.

But yeah, it's published by them.

The reason wii u games dont go down is because it's a limited library and Nintendo knows that it's game will be bought regardless of price going forward. Yes they are mostly high quality but the real reason is the lack of new releases.

Then why are games like Paper Mario TTYD, Pikmin 1 & 2, Metroid Prime, Perfect Dark, Super Mario 64, Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword still expensive today?

Because nintendo are trying to maximise profits and they know the lack of 3rd party means that their fanbase are likely to buy their games.

I do, just like I call Hyrule Warriors a Nintendo game.  The game wouldn't exist without Nintendo.

Those games aren't in print anymore (aside from SS and maybe TP). Nintendo isn't in control of their pricing.
