As long as games keep bringing cinema quality and artistic games like The Order 1886 i think it's easily worth it.

That is like the same price the U.S. pays..... 86 Candian dollars = 68.57 U.S. dollars.....
You will pay like 4$ more per game than Americans, not a big deal considering the market is way smaller. Europeans are the ones who are ripped off

So there's no point in buying via the USA. But for US gamers buying games in Canada saved them money until this price increase. As all the major game retailers are US companies it is logical for them to maintain price parity on exchange rate. For this reason, if the exchange rate puts the CAD up significantly over the long term the Canada price for games should come down.

Do those include tax?
Because European prices would be equal to 100CAD

Ya, I will personally be cutting back. Funny enough theater prices didn't go up, so I can just spend else where as well.
Pretty much I think my purchases will be Assassin Creed, Uncharted, Zelda, Xenoblade Chronicles X for day 1 purchases, and I might even knock off Assassin Creed unless I find a deal on it.

Nope, the $75 price tag is before tax.
In Ontario, for example, the sales tax is 13%. So the total after tax would be close to $85.

No, without tax (since it would vary between provinces/territories
Tax could range from 5% -13%

According to the Post creator it would be 86 Candian dollars after Tax, that comes to 68.57 American Dollars or like 4$ more expensive. The Europeans are the ones who are overpriced not the Candians

I just checked a some prices on the PSN store, and they are still $69.99 for new releases. The nice thing about purchasing digital titles from the PSN store is that they don't charge sales tax, so you can save close to $10 (at a 13% sales tax rate) by not having to pay the tax.
