Do those include tax?

Because European prices would be equal to 100CAD

Nope, the $75 price tag is before tax.

In Ontario, for example, the sales tax is 13%. So the total after tax would be close to $85.

According to the Post creator it would be 86 Candian dollars after Tax, that comes to 68.57 American Dollars or like 4$ more expensive. The Europeans are the ones who are overpriced not the Candians

Don't worry, we know you Europeans are getting screwed. However since CAD is going down relative to the USD, it does mean games which are seen as import products, are more costly to us, which means less game sales in Canada.

I am actually American, but I do not like the prices that Europeans pay for the exact same thing. I understand the prices outside of the U.S. have to be somewhat higher but what the Europeans pay now is outrageous

Man, does this mean that I have to cut back on my game spending? Sigh...

I think I'm going to pre-order every games I'm interested in so I can get them at 69.99$ lol

I just checked a some prices on the PSN store, and they are still $69.99 for new releases. The nice thing about purchasing digital titles from the PSN store is that they don't charge sales tax, so you can save close to $10 (at a 13% sales tax rate) by not having to pay the tax.

Now if only the Nintendo eShop did not charge for tax...

Here is a tip to all Canadian. During E3, if you really are sure what you want, and want to preorder it, I highly recommend checking out Futureshop.ca or Bestbuy.ca. Typically every game is 33% off. What this means is games regularly retailing for 74.99 will be 49.99.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS TIME, YOU CAN ALWAYS CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE THE GAME IS SHIPPED.

Actually its happening because of the low oil price thanks to uncle sam, your ''ally''

I remember that deal. Amazon.ca had the same promotion and I pretty much pre-ordered everything I could that I wanted Day 1.
