Well,for Wii U games, this is not that bad as they are typically $5 (Smash Bros) to $25 (Captain Toad) cheaper than PS4 or XBO games. So basically Wii U games will still be reasonably priced for the most part, even with an increase.

Fuck I didnt know that!!! I remember growing up I had to pay $100 a game but was happy last gen when it was down to $59, but now the horrible feeling is coming back! Now ill definitely wait for games to be cheap.

I live in Canada and an extra $5-15 isn't really that bad (I only buy about 2 games a year) considering how much the developers budget has increased. The higher the prices go worldwide though could possibly lead to a videogame crash. Money is built to decrease in value, everythings going to be more expensive as the generations go on. We as gamers are very lucky that prices stayed at $60 for so long. This is also a good reason why companies try to hit our wallets with DLC.

The past year has been rough on Canadian currency. Went from .95 US dollars to .8 US dollars.
