The demo will be 1080P 30FPS, but the main game could be with higher Frame rate.

EDIT: My Bad, :D the demo isn't at 1080P 30FPS and it is the full game which will be at 1080P 30FPS

I love that fact that the same area feels really different during different time of day. The dynamic lighting system brings the world to life. I also love how the clouds are moving swiftly in the sky. It is not a simple background.

For this kind of jrpg, action one, it would be really nice to get to 60FPS.. Same with kingdom hearts.
