Yeah, well it failed. Tomb Raider is their replacement. As Phil Spencer likes to say "it was an opportunity". Money can do what they cannot.

Exactly what they cannot do internally. I mean you have the list of IP's that were purchased vs the second party and first party made under their watch. If Microsoft bought Remedy they would be their most consistent non-racing developer of a AAA game since Bungie.

Well, the fact that you admittedly needed to look it up tells me all I need to know. Hype can be positive or negative, all that matters is the activity regarding the game. It's hype. The Order had loads and loads of positive hype leading up to release date. Once people started playing the final release is when the negativity really amped up. You're letting the events of the last week or so cloud your memory is all.

Anyway, we all know the game was very hyped. Hell, there are only about a thousand threads on it right now. Nothing more to say about it.

Have you played it? If not. you have no reason to keep commenting on how bad you think it is based on whatever you are basing it on. Play it. If you still dont like it I will respect your opinion.

1. You have no way of knowing what "most people" think. Secondly, "who give a crap" what most people think? I care about what I think.

2. On the way from Gamefly. I'll probably get it Monday, platinum it, then return it Monday :) Also, this isn't really a game you need to play. You can just watch it on Youtube.

yes I looked it up to make sure and it seems I wasn exactly right.  See I'm not so full of myself that I will blindly go in without fact checking.  The fact that fact checking substantiated my claims should tell you what you need to know.  Publicity and hype are two different things.  Hype is the positive publicity.  So yes negativity does NOT count.  Anyway we all know the game was NOT very hyped.  So yeah nothing more to say about it.  You need to learn to admit when you're wrong.  It's ok we all make mistakes just calm yourself and admit it.  Nothing to be ashamed of.  Also nice job ignoring the rest of my post.  Saying it more and more doesn't make it true.  Also the negativity was there since the first QTE was seen in a demo don't even try to deny that...J_Allard

Well I spent the past 3-4 hours playing it and I must say I am glad I bought it. I hope you feel the same way when you play through it on Gamefly. It is one of those games that reminds my why I liked gaming in the 1st place. It takes you into another world, a fantasy, and you live there while you play, I am only on chapter 4 and my only complaint with the game is I know it will end, and by what others will say more quickly than I would like. The game is amazing, but the world they created is so wonderful I wish I could explore it...
